Senator Leman requested that the reconsideration on HOUSE BILL                 
NO. 18 An Act extending to certain partnerships and corporations               
the 10 percent procurement preference currently given to certain sole          
proprietorships who are Alaska bidders and owned by persons with               
disabilities be taken up at this time.                                         
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 18 was before the Senate on reconsideration.                    
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                     
BILL NO. 18 be held to the May 1 calendar.  Without objection, it              
was so ordered.
